Eligibility

• 10+2 or equivalent with minimum 45% marks in Physics, Mathematics, and Chemistry / Bio-Technology / Biology / Technical Vocational subject.
• Engineering Diploma holders or B.Sc. Graduates with Mathematics can seek admission through Lateral Entry into B. Tech. third semester.
• The minimum qualifying percentile of marks in 10+2 for reserved category candidates is 40%.
• The cut-off percentage of marks in UPSEE for the merit of successful candidates is 25% (20% for SC/ST) as per UP State Govt. order.

M.Tech Admission

Eligibility Criteria

B.E. / B. Tech degree in the relevant or allied discipline with minimum 45% marks (40% for reserved category)

Note: M.Sc. candidates with specialization in engineering disciplines are also eligible to apply for the M. Tech program.
