Training & Placement:
The Radical Technical Institute Training and Placement Cell imparts education to students starting in the first year with a focus on the development of motivational skills, communication abilities, interpersonal relations as well as leadership qualities group discussions, and interviewing methods. Experts and resource persons from respected Management Institutions along with college instructors train students. They also provide guidance to students. Placement Cell also helps students who are weak to boost their academic performance by providing counseling. Its Training and Placement Cell provides the infrastructure necessary to conduct group discussions, tests, and interviews in addition to providing other logistical needs. The student database is maintained by the cell. It plays an important role in finding jobs for students.
Soft Skill & Personality Development:
The college has a vibrant as well established "Training and Placement Cell" which is headed by a Placement officer Mrs.Sabica Ahmad. She is assisted by a coordinator for students and faculty of each Department. The principal function of the cell is to:
