The Training and Placement Cell at RSMT is responsible for finding suitable jobs for graduates and student summer interns. The trends in the United States as well as around the world are watched closely to get an understanding of new trends within a larger perspective of understanding how the changing elements in one area affect other seemingly unrelated areas. Projections consider a variety of different levels of impact. Working with the industry The RSMT placement officer matches the abilities of RSMT students to demands of the organizations to ease the process of placing.

Alongside, CCR organizes the Management Development Programs, Consultancy, Training and Research programs in-company Industry visit, lectures by guest speakers CEO's Forum, Quizzes Alumni gatherings, corporate get-togethers and more. CCR actively engages students in various activities that help enhance their participation in management . Students are actively involved in forming strategies for different activities, such as industry summers as well as final assignments. They work closely together with CCR to secure placements for every student. The placement process is controlled by students who belong to different Professional courses, including MBA and MCA under the supervision by the faculty and the CCR Team.
