Rajalakshmi Engineering College Placement Cell
The REC Chennai placement cell is responsible for increasing the corporate partnerships with the institution. The cell trains students to deliver qualified human resources, which allows the college to manage long-term relationships with its recruiters. Some leading professionals manage the exclusive placement and development cell. A list of activities like industry visits, In-Plant training, and industry projects are organized to improve students' skills needed for the corporate world. Different workshops, sessions, and other seminars are conducted to enhance the student's current technological trends and practical knowledge. Other objectives of the cell include the development of soft skills, employability skills, smooth communication between the companies and students, and fostering all-over executive stability in the students. Facilities like air-conditioned halls for pre-placement talks, labs for online tests, halls for group discussions, and cabins for interview sessions are arranged by the college.

organize Ten days of Placement Training program to update the Student’s aptitude skills, Interview skills, and Verbal and nonverbal skills.
