The RCPIPER Training & Placement Cell plays a proactive role in facilitating industrial training, project work, and the placement of students.  The primary objective of the T&P cell is to bridge the gap between the pharmaceutical industry and academic institutions, fostering the enhanced development of pharmaceutical students and ensuring their employability.  The core function of the cell involves establishing connections with the HR departments of multinational pharmaceutical companies and forwarding resumes for suitable job positions. 

The cell consistently organizes group discussions, pre-campus placement training, and aptitude tests for pharmacy students, aiming to enhance their prospects and foster career growth.  Additionally, it arranges visits to pharmaceutical industries, providing students with exposure to the latest technological advancements in the pharmaceutical sector. This proactive approach ensures that students are well-prepared for the dynamic landscape of the pharmaceutical industry.
