The eligibility criteria for admission to the first year of B.E. / B.Tech. are as follows:
Candidates must have passed the 10+2 examination with a combination of subjects from Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry, Computer Science, Electronics, Information Technology, Biology, Informatics Practices, Biotechnology, Technical Vocational subject, Agriculture, Engineering Graphics, Business Studies, Entrepreneurship, or Agriculture stream (for Agriculture Engineering).
They must have obtained at least 45% marks (40% marks for candidates belonging to reserved categories) in the above subjects taken together.
OR
Candidates who have passed a minimum of 3 years of Diploma examination with at least 45% marks (40% marks for candidates belonging to reserved categories such as SC, ST, Non-creamy layer OBC, Non-creamy layer MBC, and PwD category) are also eligible, subject to vacancies in the First Year, in case the vacancies at lateral entry are exhausted.

The college offers a 2-year full-time M.Tech course in three disciplines and a 3-year MCA course. Candidates who have completed a Bachelor’s Degree of minimum 3 years or a Diploma in any specialization from a recognized university are eligible for admission.
Applicants with a BE/B. Tech or AMIE qualifications are also eligible to apply for the M.Tech program, while those with a B.Sc/BCA (CSE/IT) degree are eligible for admission to the MCA course.
Selection for the M.Tech course is conducted through Centralized Admission for Master of Technology (CAM) by Rajasthan Technical University. For the MCA program, selection is done through RMCAAT.
