RMC, Thane Admission

Reena Mehta College in Mumbai admits students only on the basis of their merit, as determined by their performance in the most recent qualifying test. To be eligible for admission, students must score at least 45% in the General Category and 40% in the SC/ST Category in the qualifying exam.

Eligibility Criteria

For B.Sc General – Candidate should have passed 10+2 in science stream. Student from other states are required to have English as a compulsory paper at HSC Level

For B.Sc IT – 

• Candidates should have passed 10 + 2 pattern of education in any recognized board of education with a minimum of 45% marks in aggregate.
• Candidates should have studies Mathematics and Statistics as compulsory subjects in their previous qualifying examination.
• Candidates who have completed 3 years diploma course (After SSC) in Information Technology, Computer Technology / Computer Engineering / Computer Science / Electronics Engineering and Video Engineering with 45 % marks in aggregate are eligible for direct admission to second year of B.Sc IT degree course.

For B.SC Data Sciences – Candidate should have passed 10+2 or Diploma from MSBTE or equivalent with minimum 40% marks.

For B.Sc Hospitality Studies – Candidates should have passed 10 + 2 pattern of education in any recognized board of education with a minimum of 45% marks in aggregate.

Selection Criteria
