The RERF T&P department envisages providing career services, soft skills development programs, & preparatory courses to help students become excellent and professional. To open new career avenues, the institute is trying to strengthen relationships with industry, through more interaction/workshops/visits.

The training and placement department plays a vital role in any professional educational institute, as a true link between industry and institute. The department serves the purpose of matchmaking and ends up in a winning situation. i.e. industry gets a supply of fresh talent and students, passing out from the institute get job opportunities.

The department is well equipped with excellent infrastructure to support all the stages of the placement process viz. pre-placement talk, written test, group discussion & interviews.

The training and placement department imparts training to the students to develop their overall personality to equip them for facing the campus interview in the new competitive era. The trust of the placement department is to create maximum opportunities for the placement of eligible students in the job market by establishing a good rapport with the industry. The placement activity starts immediately after the sixth-semester examination i.e. pre-final year examination of the students. The placement department operates year-round, to facilitate contact between companies and graduates. We are keeping consistent trust in improving placement scenarios and our results are rewarding.
