Training & Placement

RGIPT is committed to facilitating student placements, encompassing both summer internships and final job placements. Leveraging its strong industry connections developed through its affiliations with prominent Oil PSUs (ONGC, BPCL, IOCL, HPCL, GAIL, OIL, and OIDB), the Institute is uniquely positioned to create valuable opportunities for its students.  To achieve this, a dedicated Training and Placement Cell has been established, fostering continuous engagement with industries through seminars, summer internships, research collaborations, and various on-campus and off-campus initiatives. 

Profiles of students seeking placement support will be shared with potential employers. The placement program will include Personality Development workshops and rigorous interview preparation training to equip students with the necessary skills.

The Institute aims to cultivate a collaborative placement process involving students. The Training and Placement Cell will offer guidance and support to facilitate communication with prospective employers. Students will also play a pivotal role in policy formulation, organizing campus interviews, and other logistical aspects of the placement process. This joint effort aims to enhance opportunities and ensure successful placements for the students.
