The Rajeev Gandhi Memorial College of Engineering & Technology provides undergraduate and postgraduate programs in Engineering, as well as Master of Business Administration (MBA), Master of Computer Application (MCA), and Ph.D. degrees. RGMCET B.Tech Eligibility Criteria:
• All B.Tech courses at RGMCET have the same eligibility requirements.
• To be eligible, candidates must have successfully completed the Intermediate Examination of AP State Intermediate Board of Education or an equivalent examination, with Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry as their main subjects.
• Additionally, candidates must have appeared for the Andhra Pradesh EAMCET conducted by JNTUK Kakinada and obtained a valid rank.
RGMCET B.Tech Selection Process:
• In order to be considered for admission, candidates must register for the Andhra Pradesh EAMCET examination and achieve a valid rank.
• Following this, candidates must participate in the Online AP EAMCET counseling to secure their preferred choices of college and courses.
• The admissions are based on the performance in the Entrance Examinations and web counseling.
• At the conclusion of the selection process, the university will publish the final merit list of shortlisted candidates.

3. If a candidate does not have Mathematics in their graduation, they must have passed the 10+2 or equivalent examination with Mathematics as a subject.
4. Candidates must have appeared for the Andhra Pradesh ICET conducted by APSCHE.
5. A valid score in GATE is also required.
Selection Process for RGMCET MBA & MCA Programs:
1. Candidates need to register and apply online for the GATE examination.
2. Admission is based on the GATE score and the rank obtained in the PGECET exam conducted at the state level.
3. The Convener of ICET examination prepares and finalizes the list of shortlisted candidates for admission.
4. Admission is purely merit-based and is determined by the merit list of ICET conducted by the APSCHE.
