The Training and Placement Cell of RH Sapat College of Engineering, Management Studies, And Research provides students with career-improving programs and conducts various special training programs for the personality development of the students. The Placement cell is well-equipped and well-organized. The RH Sapat College of Engineering, Management Studies, And Research further provides students with Project-based Learning. It is a Foreign Language Center in the Japanese language. It also provides the students with the Skills Development Industrial Training Programs. 

The Institute plans to set up an Industry Institute Partnership Cell by inviting several industrialists for interactive sessions with the students as well as to offer solutions for industrial problems to corporations in India. More than 250 students of the institute were placed at various reputed companies. The highest package offered to the student is 7.50 LPA and the average package offered is 3 LPA.
