1. Rawal Institute of Engineering and Technology offers B.Tech in four specializations with four-year duration.
2. Candidates applying to the B.Tech course should have passed Class 12th or any equivalent examination from a recognized board/university with 50% marks in aggregate (45% in case of reserved category candidates) in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one out of Biology, Computer Science or Bio-Technology as optional subject.
   
3. Admission to the B.Tech course is done on the basis of merit in the JEE Main examination followed by an online off-campus counselling conducted by the Haryana State Technical Education Society (HSCS) or NIC government of India. Candidates need to register themselves by providing their JEE Main marks and rank details.
