What’s more, RISE is well aware of the fact that its students come from rural areas and so, in order to make them competent to get a job, intensive training must be given to them to enhance their skills and their language abilities. This herculean task is undertaken by RISE by innovating different programs viz. RISE BHASHITHA, RISE SPOORTHY, and RAP.

The level and magnitude of competition are alarming the output of professional institutes to combat the roaring competition. The students should be job-market-savvy. The role of Educationists in this regard is manifold in preparing the students and training them to fit into the requirements of the job market.
