SNET & RPIMS have been pioneering education in the Mira-Bhayandar Area to prepare students to become industry-ready and prosper in their careers. The Placement Season at RPIMS starts in December every year. The placement cell made the way for companies on campus like ICICI Bank, BNP Paribas, HDFC Bank, S&P Global, Future Group, Future Retail, Bata India, Force Motors, LIC of India, Times of India, Apollo Munich, Future Generali, Polycab, India Bulls, NSE-IT, Aditya Birla Health Care, Siemens, Capital First, Andromeda, Viva Housing Finance Ltd., Pioneer Finance Ltd., Field Global Market Research Pvt. Ltd, City Union Bank, HDFC Ergo, G.P. Parsik Bank, Catholic Syrian Bank, and many others Students was offered various coveted roles in BFSI, FMCG, IT, BFSI, Sales & Marketing, Talent Acquisition, Operations, etc.
Placement Process
The Placement Process at RPIMS acts as a bridge between the expectations of the Recruiters with the dreams of the students. The activities as part of the RPIMS Placements are mentioned below:
STAGE 01 - Industry Interaction
The placement team will interact with representatives of firms across sectors to know about their interests and expectations through hiring at RPIMS.
STAGE 02 - Pre-Placement Talk
Various companies conduct Pre-Placement Talks thereby providing in-depth information about the roles and profiles/projects being offered. Also, detailed job descriptions with CTC and other benefits are shared with the students.
STAGE 03 - Shortlisting & Ranking
Basic factors such as profiles, locations, remuneration offered, student perceptions, and areas of interest, companies are ranked and are invited on campus to conduct face-to-face interviews.
STAGE 04 - Resumes
Applications are invited from our students and resumes of interested applicants are shared with the companies.
STAGE 05 - Interviews / Assessment Centre
Companies conduct their selection process which typically involves CV-based shortlisting, group discussions, written ability tests, aptitude tests, and interviews.
STAGE 06 - Offer
Final results are announced by the companies and are conveyed to the students.
