Sports:

Sports on campus is a big part of the college experience. Going to the playground, wearing the house uniform, shoes, warm-ups, and the screech of a referee whistle all serve to unite the student and provide a chance to enjoy some recreation to refresh their minds for further learning when classes let out. RCET offers all-around development of students, by giving importance to physical education. The Department of Physical Education instills the spirit of sportsmanship in technical students, to help them learn discipline, leadership quality, and teamwork, and encourage them to participate in a smorgasbord of activities such as Basketball, Volleyball, Badminton, Table Tennis, Cricket, Handball, Football, Chess, Throw ball, Athletics Kho Kho, etc. 

Accommodation & Mess Hall:

Life in a hostel makes a student self-dependent. It makes him smart, active, and disciplined. It gives all the students an ample chance to learn how to lead an independent and responsible life. It plays a vital role in the development of the personality of the students. Students of various behavior and tastes stay collectively beneath one roof which leads to higher expertise and extra co-running amongst themselves. RCET offers a current and spacious room nicely provided with a cot, and fan, have a look at table, chairs, and Wardrobes for each individual. It is categorized into 3 exceptional instructions for each boy and woman separately the students are offered residential accommodation in the best possible living environment. We ensure the students live in a healthy environment- mentally.

Art Factory:

RCET strongly feels that leisure, recreation, and extra-curricular activities are essential things for students to achieve the peak of their performance. Students of RCET are, therefore, offered the opportunities to express skills, talents & creativity in different fields. The pleasure derived from these activities rejuvenates their energy to overcome the grueling academic pursuit. Some of these activities. To spread out the talents of individual students RCET celebrates its annual day “Ripple” which happens once in a happy year. This annual day celebration makes the student smile and cheers up with full of joy and entertainment. RIPPLE and DJ Night is a study-free day, filled with fun, frolic and amusement day.

Students learn best by doing through the highly sophisticated labs and also get the opportunity to gain career-related work experience through internships. Students relish quiet corners, landscaped gardens, cafes, and not unusual place rooms in which they could loosen up and spend time with friends. Students get wider opportunities to share ideas and cooperate with diligent Faculties.

Transportation:

The college runs several buses to four different locations in four districts namely Kanyakumari, Tirunelveli, Tuticorin & Trivandrum for staff and students. The schedule of bus trips is being arranged so as to enable all the students and staff to reach college and also leave for town after college hours.  ensure the student's safety by employing a well-experienced set of drivers with speed control devices and first aid boxes in all the buses.
