A dream fulfilled!, a proud moment for students who move out of campus with Job offers of their dream job!. Sachh Hue Sapne is a celebration for student and their parents in a gala event wherein Offer letters are handed over to proud students in front of their beaming parents by an eminent chief Guest.

"Placement" is the most uttered word nowadays among all, whether it is students or parents or the common public. In the Dailies, on a daily basis, reports on the various companies about their performance in the quarter specific, finds a pivotal place, most of them though showing the downturn. A recent report of TOI states, "95% of Indian techies are unfit for software development jobs".

Amidst the thick of things, we, Rungta Educational Foundation, Bhilai, as a part of the Corporate Social Responsibility, have initiated an effort to assist all the students of Chhattisgarh, aiming at the total Central India, getting placed in various MNCs through the Placementnamaa. Students from various domains of Engineering, Arts and Science, Pharmacy, Management, Diploma and ITI participate in the grand event free of cost and get themselves placed in various companies.

Taking a cue from the changes emerging in the ever-evolving job market, Rungta Educational Foundation has meticulously devised an integrated mechanism that would bring both the recruiters and the talent pool at one stop, in the name PlacementNamaa, for recruitment, especially for aspirants of Chhattisgarh. This platform, as envisaged by Rungta Group, is a mutually beneficial biosphere for both students for placements and helps the industry with well-trained and job-ready students at one go.

Placementnamaa has two broad verticals, one for training and the other for placement. The training vertical gives required training for the students who register and the Placement Vertical gives a handsome number of companies who are available for recruitment and the same is scheduled this year from June 12 to 17 June 2023. This year the event would be on Physical mode.

Placementnamaa culminates with Sach Hue Sapne, a cynosure, a grand finale and the day of culmination where the dreams of the engineering grads come true - the dream of getting into a corporate sector, the dream of taking a new avatar as corporate personnel.

At the Event Grandeur - Sach Hue Sapne, all the offer letters of the students, both from the PlacementNamaa which is slated as the Corporate Social Responsibility of the group and from On Campus Drives done by Amazon, Walmart, SAP Labs, Mphasis, Virtusa, TCS, Capgemini, Tech Mahindra, Wipro and the like are distributed to the students concerned. The students along with their parents are invited to receive of the offer letters and the programme culminates with a sumptuous dinner for all. The grand event has been planned on June 18, 2023.
