B.Tech course is offered in 8 specializations. It is a regular course of the duration of four years. The minimum eligibility for this course is having passed in intermediate examination conducted by the Board of Intermediate Education, Andhra Pradesh or any equivalent board recognized by the Acharya Nagarjuna University and a valid rank in EAMCET.

Engineering, Agriculture and Medical Common Entrance Test (EAMCET) is an online examination conducted by JNTUK (Jawahar Lal Nehru Technological University Kakinada).

The basic eligibility is to pass the 10+2 examination with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry as mandatory subjects in the qualifying examination or final year diploma examination conducted by SBTET.
