Companies are invited by the institute via mail. Then, the companies visit the STU and deliver a pre-placement talk to the students to make them aware of the company's policies. Further, the group discussions and tests are conducted by the companies. Shortlisted aspirants have to appear for the final round of the placement process i.e. technical and HR interviews.
