Boys Hostel

Santosh University has separate hostel accommodations for boys, ensuring the safety of residents. The rooms in the Santosh University boys hostel are clean, spacious, and comfortable. Residents have access to basic amenities such as the internet, recreation rooms, common rooms, and an on-site mess. There is a common dining room, as well as separate areas for boys, staff, and other residents. Other facilities available in the boys' hostel include a laundry and ironing facility, indoor and outdoor game facilities, an uninterrupted common room for hostel students, a well-equipped gym, banking facilities with ATM and 24 hours power backup.

Girls Hostel

There is a common dining room with separate areas for girls, staff and other residents.

Medical/Hospital

The university has a health centre with a first aid facility for the students. In-house medical facilities are available for the students, faculty, staff and other members of Santosh University. It also has an 800+ bedded dedicated hospital in Ghaziabad. The university's facility in Ghaziabad brings multi-speciality care to a large population area. To empower clinicians, Santosh University has developed technology that enables early and accurate diagnosis as well as precision in treatment.

Library

Santosh University has libraries that have a huge collection of books, journals, and reference materials. Santosh University library also provides photocopying services and internet access. There is also a separate room for self-reading that is used by students, interns, and residents of the university.

Sports

Santosh University has a number of recreational and sporting activities to keep the students healthy and fit. Sports and recreational services include a playground for outdoor games facilities and amenities for indoor games.

I.T Infrastructure

Santosh University has a well-maintained IT infrastructure. The university houses an adequate number of lecture theatres, which are comfortably spaced and equipped with student lockers, audio-visual (AV) aids, projection microscopes, computers and internet facilities, required for seamless learning. Most of the lecture theatres are supported by demonstration rooms, seminar rooms and departmental libraries.

Laboratories

Santosh University has well-maintained departmental-based laboratories that are equipped with microscopes, artificial lights, electrical points, washing facilities and preparation rooms. The university also has laboratories that are dedicated to some of the departments, such as Anatomy, Physiology, Biochemistry, Pharmacology, Pathology, Microbiology, and Forensic Medicine. Apart from the general laboratory facilities, they are also furnished with some special equipment, such as MRI and CT machines, wherever required. The Santosh University laboratories also have museums with specimens and models related to the different departments along with catalogues for easy referencing.
