Library 

The library is fully computerized using the customized software ‘LIBMAN’. All transactions are carried out in an automated environment. All the books are provided with a barcode to avoid mistakes in manual feeding. A Barcode scanner is available in the library for barcode scanning. Terminals are provided in the reading room for access to OPAC and the Internet. The Library maintains a separate reference collection consisting of encyclopedias, dictionaries, directories, handbooks, technical data, almanacs, atlases, bibliographies, etc. The library’s carpet area is 1975 sqft. The reading Room is 900 sqft. The seating facility in the Reference Section is 15 faculty Members & 20 Research Aspirants and in the reading hall, 100 students can be seated.

College Hostel

Sardar Patel Mahavidyalaya (SPM), Chandrapur provides comfortable, air-cooled hostel accommodation for girls on the campus. The hostels are well equipped with all the modern amenities and are under the charge of caring and experienced Wardens. Special features like an ultramodern gymnasium and sports facilities, internet center, 24-hour internet connectivity in the rooms through ‘WI-FI’, solar water heating system, recreation room, drinking water treatment plant, generators for power backup, and tight security arrangements ensure a pleasant stay allowing students to focus on academics.

The Sardar Patel Mahavidyalaya (SPM), Chandrapur health center is manned by a medical officer and a healthcare assistant to provide excellent medical care to all the students, staff, and faculty at no cost.
