Undergraduate Admission

Savitribai Phule Pune University Undergraduate courses and programs are offered by various affiliated colleges and recognized institutes in the three districts of Pune, Ahmednagar, and Nashik. Students can avail information about the courses offered, fees, eligibility criteria, accommodation facilities, and other things by contacting the individual Colleges and Institutes. Savitribai Phule Pune University Admission to the UG and PG courses is offered based on merit or entrance examination. UniPune accepts scores of MHTCET, GATE, CAT/MAT/ATMA/XAT entrance exams. It also conducts its entrance test for admission to several courses.

Admission to UG courses such as B.Tech (Aviation), BBA (Hospitality & Facilities Management), B.Voc, BA (Liberal Arts), and B.Sc will be based on merit in the Entrance Examination. Selection for the remaining UG courses will be based on the marks secured in the qualifying examination. The basic eligibility for these courses is to pass the 10+2 or equivalent from a recognized board of education.

Admission to M.Sc, MA, M.Com, LLM, M.L.I.Sc., and M.Tech courses is strictly based on merit in the SPPU Online Entrance Examination (OEE). Candidates seeking admission to the MBA program need to have a valid score in the CAT/MAT/ATMA/XAT or MAH CET entrance exam. MCA admissions are based on the MAH MCA CET entrance examination conducted by the DTE Maharashtra.

SPPU offers various undergraduate courses like BA, B.Com, B.Sc, LLB, and BA.LLB, BCS, B.Ed, BHMCT, BFA, etc in the fields of Arts, Commerce, Science, Law, Education & so on. For admission to such courses at UniPune, candidates must have passed 10+2 or Graduation, and selection to these courses is either merit-based or entrance-based. UniPune UG Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent to get admission into BA / B.Sc / B.Com / BFA / BA.LLB / BSL

Candidates must have completed 10+2 or equivalent with PCM to get admission into BCS.

B.Sc / B.E in relevant subject for getting admission into B.Sc (Applied) at SPPU

Candidates must have passed 10 or equivalent or D.Pharm with 1st class to get admission into B.Pharm

Candidates must have a Diploma in HMCT for admission into BHMCT

Candidates must have a Graduation degree for admission into B. Ed / LLB / B.P.Ed

UniPune UG Selection Criteria

Admission to UG courses at SPPU is done based on merit secured in the last qualifying examination

Admission to BA / B.Sc (Biotechnology) is done based on merit in an entrance test conducted by the university

Admission to B.Pharm at Pune UniversityUni is done based on merit secured in MHT CET

Savitribai Phule Pune University PG Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must have a degree in B.Com for admission into M.Com
Candidates must have passed B.Sc with relevant subject for admission into M.Sc
BA with the relevant subject is required for the MA program
Candidates must have a degree in Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline and have Mathematics as a compulsory subject in 10+2 to get admission into MCA / MCS
Candidates must have a degree in BFA to get admission into the MFA
Candidates must have a degree in BOL / BA with additional learning to get admission into MOL
Candidates must have passed LLB for admission into LLM
Candidates must have a degree in B.Ed to get admission into M.Ed
