Recognized as one of the top referral medical libraries in Odisha, the Central Library boasts air-conditioned premises. In 1993, it was designated as a resource library for the Eastern Region by the Government of India. Situated in the Academic Block of SCB Medical College, Cuttack, the Central Library has been operational since December 24, 2017.
