Stanley College of Engineering and Technology for Women (SCETW, Hyderabad) Admission 2025 - Eligibility, Application, Online Form, and Admission Process

Stanley offers 4 years full-time AICTE-approved undergraduate degree programme, Bachelor of Technology or B.Tech in different fields of specialization including the following:

1. Computer Science and Engineering or CSE – 180 seats
2. Information Technology or IT – 120 seats
3. Electronics and Communications Engineering or ECE – 120 seats
4. Electrical and Electronics Engineering or EEE – 60 seats
5. Computer Engineering or CME – 60
6. Artificial Intelligence and Data Science or Ai&DS – 60

Eligibility

For seeking admission to B.Tech courses, a candidate must satisfy the following eligibility criteria:

1. Must have passed Intermediate or 10+2 exam with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as compulsory subjects from a Government of Telangana recognised board or equivalent with minimum 45% marks (40% for reserved category)
2. Must have qualified for the entrance exam by Telangana State Government
3. Must satisfy local/non-local status requirements in Telangana State Educational Institutions
4. The minimum age must be 16 years and there is no upper age limit

Selection Criteria

1. Admissions are done through counselling based on the score obtained in the TS EAMCET examination for the particular academic year.
2. Online registration for TS EAMCET counselling will begin on June 24, 2021 (tentative). 

Steps for Counselling

1. Registration – Eligible students need to register online for counselling and document verification
2. Document Verification – Students will be called for document verification based on their rank in the entrance exam at the allotted facilitation centre
3. Option filling – After document verification, a candidate can select options for colleges and courses online
4. Final allotment of seats – A candidate is offered a seat on a provisional basis based on his/her choice and availability at the particular college
5. Reporting to college – For the final admission process, one needs to report at the allotted college and fulfil all the required formalities along with fee payment

Stanley offers 2 2-year full-time AICTE-approved postgraduate level degree courses, Master of Business Administration or MBA. 60 seats are available in total for the program. 

Eligibility

1. Candidate must be a Graduate in any discipline from a recognised University with a minimum of 50% marks (45% for reserved category)
2. He/She must have qualified ICET entrance examination and have a valid score. 
3. Final-year students are eligible for provisional admission and they must furnish their certificates within the mentioned period. 

Selection Criteria

1. Admissions are done purely on a merit basis and through counselling based on the score in the Telangana State ICET examination.
2. The qualifying marks for the general category were 25%.

Steps for Counselling

1. Candidate Registration for Certificate Verification – Based on the TS ICET score, a student needs to register for counselling. He/She will be called for certificate verification based on rank.
2. Document or Certificate verification – Students need to submit certain documents like caste certificates, educational documents, rank cards, hall tickets, marks memos, study certificates and income certificates for verification.
3. Online option selection – Candidates can select unlimited options for the desired college and freeze the same before the deadline.
4. Seat allotment and download of college allotment – students are selected based on their merit in the entrance exam to a particular college of choice.
5. Payment of fees at the college – On successful allotment, a student can pay admission and other fees at the college to seek final admission.

Stanley offers 2 years full-time AICTE-approved post-graduate-level degree programme, Master of Engineering or M.E in 1 specialization including:

1. ECE Embedded Systems

And 2 years full-time AICTE approved post-graduate-level degree programme, Master of Technology or M.Tech in 2 specializations including:

1. Computer Science

A total of 30 seats for Embedded Systems and 24 seats for Digital Systems are available for admission with annual fees of INR 57000/-

Eligibility

For admission to the M.E program, a candidate must satisfy the following eligibility criteria:

1. Must have completed B.E/B.Tech in ECE, CS/IT or equivalent from a recognised University
2. Must have a valid score on the GATE or PGECET entrance exam

Selection Criteria

1. Admissions are done through counselling based on scores in PGECET conducted by the Telangana State Government or the GATE exam.
2. Counselling is done separately for GATE-qualified and TS PGECET-qualified candidates.

Steps for GATE-qualified candidates

1. Registration and fee payment – Students need to register online for counselling by paying counselling fees i.e. INR 600 for the general category and INR 300 for the reserved category.
2. Filling out the Application form – Fill out the required personal and academic details in the application form and upload the same with a scanned copy of a recent colour photograph and a GATE hall ticket.
3. Verification of documents – For verification, one needs to carry a GATE score, certificates & mark sheets, residential certificate, aadhar card, category certificate and income certificate at the counselling help centre. A document verification certificate will be issued upon completion of the process.
4. Choice filling - – After document verification, a candidate can select options for colleges and courses online.
