The Internship Team helps students learn about working life and new career paths by visiting companies where recruitment is organized every year. 

Apart from the academic qualities, SICM strives to nurture and develop the student's skills and make them perfect business professionals. Programs like the "value-added program" are designed to develop professional skills, and provide value-added training and certifications in various fields. Students also get practical exposure to industry through industrial visits, internship programs, etc. 

The main goal of students is to get a good job after completing their studies. Institutions need industry support to help eligible students realize their dreams through the internship program. On the other hand, the industry expects educational institutions to meet their employment needs with fresh, qualified, and trained resources. We have realized that striving for better synergy and collaboration is mutually beneficial for both organizations and educational institutions.
