SIET Placement Cell

SIET Cell is run under the guidance and strict supervision of the Department of Corporate Relations. The Cultural Cell organizes activities such as the Orientation Program for freshers, lectures outside, Annual Day, and other activities related to culture. The Training and Placement programs will encourage students to choose jobs that best fit their needs.

The semester of placement starts in the month that begins the first month of each academic year and continues until the close of the year's academic session. Pre-placement talks are held for students in the final year before the start of placing sessions every year. The T&P cell is equipped with the infrastructure to handle all processes related to education and the placement of SIET students.

It also has wireless connectivity to the company's operation areas, rooms for interviews seminar rooms, GD rooms, and rooms for coordination of students. It is a T&P cell supported by a committee made up of students of U.G as well as P.G classes. To meet the demands of students and industry Separate divisions are set up with one central point for contact in each division.

Training Cell

The objective of the training department is to match the corporate expectations by providing them with Soft skills, Aptitude, and technical training.

The effectiveness of this training is evident from the consistent placement results. Several companies have been visiting the college every year to tap and recruit young talented students.

Guest lectures and mock interview sessions are being organized with the help of industry experts to bridge the gap between industry & academia.
