1. Candidates with passing marks in 10+2 from a recognized H.S. board or university are eligible to apply for BA LLB.
2. Candidates with a graduation degree (any stream) can apply for the LLB program.
3. LLM applicants must obtain BA LLB or LLB degrees from a recognized university to be eligible.
4. Candidates with a graduate degree in any stream can apply for the Diploma courses offered by the college.
5. Candidates have to appear for MAH CET for the law to get admission to BA LLB and LLB courses.
6. Students who clear the CET must attend the counseling process conducted by DTE, Maharashtra.

SCLC offers undergraduate law courses, namely a five-year BA LLB degree course and a three-year LLB degree course. Candidates who have passed 10+2 or equivalent can apply for the BA LLB program. Candidates who have passed in graduation from any stream can apply for the LLB program. NRIs and foreign students with valid pass certificates from any recognized university in their country are also eligible.

Applicants need to appear for the MAH-CET for the law entrance examination and participate in the CAP counseling conducted by DTE, Maharashtra.

1. SCLC offers one-year Diploma programs in Taxation Law (D.T.L), Labour Laws and Labour Welfare (D. LL and LW), Consumer Protection Laws (D.C.P.L), Cyber Laws (D.C.L), Human Rights Laws (D.H.R.L) and Forensic and Medical Jurisprudence (CCF and MJ). The college also offers two-year LLM courses to the candidates.
2. The minimum eligibility for LLM is passed in a BA LLB or LLB program from a recognized university. For the Diploma course, the candidate must pass a Graduate degree from a recognized board/university.
3. Admission to both Diploma and LLM courses is done based on merit in the qualifying examination.
