SBS follows a systematic placement process. The placement & training team provides a diverse range of resources tailored to each need. With the motive of grooming students with various competencies and employability skills, they help them become a part of top-notch companies.
1. Interview Process
Expert sessions are conducted for Professional CV building and Group Discussions.
2. Preference & Selection
With different industries participating students submit a form showing their preference regarding industry, functional domain, and locations which gets the right fitment for both employer and employee.
3. Final Interview Preparation
Mock processes are conducted to prepare students for aptitude tests, group discussions, and personal interviews. This also prepares domains viz marketing, finance, HR, and decision Science.
4. Visting Companies
After understanding the student's interest areas, the placement cell visits companies to understand their hiring plans for the current year and also to discuss profiles, packages, and selection procedures.
5. Pre-Placement Talks
Companies are encouraged to visit the campus before the placement season begins for a pre-placement talk and to introduce the job profiles of the company.
6. Interview & Final Selection
Companies visit the campus on the allotted date(s) and conduct test and/or interviews according to their selection procedure.
7. Offer Letter & Final Procedure
The placement cell also coordinates the signing of offer letters by students who have been selected to ensure their smooth transitions.
