Shikshan Prasarak Sanstha is one of the renowned educational organizations in Maharashtra. In order to make higher education available in rural areas such as of Sangamner, Shikshan Prasarak Sanstha was established in 1968. It started its Law College in the year 1998 and Shri Omkarnath Malpani was the founder of the Law College.

Infrastructure and Facilities

Library 

In a short span of 14 years, the College Library has developed itself into a very resourceful legal information center. Keeping in mind above, the requirement of all our students and teaching faculty of the College, we have made an effort for the collection of books into a well-balanced one. The Salient feature so our library is: the total number of books in the Library – 9,535 books. AIRs in our Library from the year 1936 to till date. Subscription of 22 well-reputed law journals/periodicals to our Library. Adv. Shri. R. P. Akolkar has given a donation of Rs. 1,00,000/- for the development of the Library. The Library hall has been named after his father late Adv. P. U. Akolkar? Sharda Nagari Sahakari Patsanstha has given a donation of Rs.5,00,000/- for the College Library. With this donation, we have constructed a separate Reading Hall for our students.

Hostel

There are two separate and spacious hostels. Water, electricity, air, rest facilities, etc. are available in these hostels. This facility is useful who are unable to travel every day from their villages.

Reading Room

A separate Reading Hall is constructed in the ground floor of the Law College building. Sharda Nagari Sahakari Patsanstha has donated Rs. 5,00,000/- for the construction of this Reading Room. The inaugural function of the Hall was held at the auspicious hands of Adv. Shri. Ujwal Nikam (Special Govt. Prosecutor, Maharashtra State). More than 100 students can get the facility of reading in this Reading Room.

Computer Lab

A separate Staff Room is available where the staff members can gather and share their teaching experience with each other. Any individual student can meet and take guidance from teachers in the staff room.

The College has a separate Computer Lab with a broadband (Internet) facility. It facilitates students in searching various cases, law reports, and useful information for their curricular and extra-curricular activities.

Sports Facilities

The College has a big playground with 400 metres running track and facilities for sports like cricket, volleyball, basket-ball and hockey. The College has a well-equipped indoor games complex for games like badminton, table tennis, chess, shuttle badminton, wrestling, shot-put and equipment for fitness exercises.
