Shri Ram Institute of Technology offers a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in various specializations such as Electronics and Communication, Computer Science and Engineering, Information Technology, Electrical and Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and Civil Engineering. The B.Tech course is offered for a duration of four years. The intake capacity depends upon the specializations opted by the candidates.

Candidates who have studied 10+2 level or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics are only eligible to participate in the admission process. However, the selection of the candidates for BE will be done on the basis of marks scored in the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE- Main) conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE).

The candidates who have studied and passed B.Tech or BE with minimum required marks are only eligible to appear in the admission process, provided they have a valid rank or marks in GATE.
