Shri Varshney College Admission Latest Updates

Shri Varshney College, Aligarh Admission is open for all UG and PG courses for the academic session 2024-25. The application fees depend on the program in which program you want to be admitted. The Shri Varshney College is also accepting applications for Lateral Entry Courses, Online Degree Programs, and Distance Education Courses.

For first year Graduate and Post-Graduate Courses-

1. Until the last date of registration, if the candidate’s examination is incomplete, then such candidates will not be eligible for candidates.

2. The students should fill in the admission application form with full details of passport-size color photographs and all the deprived affiliates and attach the photocopy of T.C. and C.C., before the end date of the registration.

3. If the admission test is conducted by the college, then the applicant should be compulsorily given the entrance examination.

4. If the name of the applicant is displayed on the notice board of the University, then the entrant will appear in front of the Admission in accordance with the facts mentioned on the admission list by completing the formalities of admission such as providing T.C.C and C.C. along with the caste certificate (if any)and 2 passport size color photos and a copy of Aadhar card. Then an admission card will be issued to students after filling the invoice form and depositing the fee in the bank.

5. The entrants can deposit the fees in the bank till the mentioned due date.

6. After depositing the fees, the entrant should be present at the prescribed counter in the college along with the Challan form and admission letter and will get the class serial number within 1 week. Otherwise, his entry can be aborted. No fee will be refunded if the entry is canceled.

7. If the name of an applicant has not been included in the admission list due to an error in the calculation of merit marks, then such applicant should immediately make an amendment in his qualification marks by submitting an application with all proofs so that his name is included in the final merit list.

8. It is compulsory to complete the above-mentioned procedures on the admission list, otherwise the right to get the admission of the entrant will come to an end, and the return of fee will not be possible in that case.

(B) For Graduate (Second and Third year) and Post-Graduate Second year-

1. The applicant will complete the application form for admission and fill the form with passport-size color photos and a copy of last year’s entry card.

2. The entry formalities will be completed by presenting last year’s entry card passport-size color photo and sample examination form along with the admission application form.

3. With the invoice form, deposit the fees in the bank.

4. After depositing the fees in the bank, the entrant should be present on the prescribed counter in the college along with the Challan form and admission letter and will get the class serial number within 1 week. Otherwise, his entry can be aborted. No fee will be refunded if the entry is canceled.

5. It is compulsory to complete the above-mentioned procedure within 15 days or before the last date of admission as declared by the college.

6. If an entrance test is incomplete or has been stopped by the University for any reason, then the Principal may decide to allow the entrant to enter in the upcoming class, but in such a situation, the responsibility will be of the entrant, and for any reasons if the admission is canceled, the return of fees will not be possible.

Admission Instructions

1. If an admission test is conducted by the college for admission of the students to B.A., B.Sc., B.Com.(First year), then the admission will be based on the basis of merit list of entrance examinations along with the academic and additional marks set by the University.

2. Any type of cutting or sub-writing on the admission application form will not be permissible.

3. Entrants are required to complete the admission process according to the dates specified in the entry lists and deposit the charges accordingly. After the specified dates are over, no entry for admission will be given again.

4. The applicant will have to fill out the application form. The application form will be canceled if there is an error in the application, and the applicant will have to hold all the responsibility in case of any errors.

5. The details and number of attachments, which are attached with the application, should be clearly mentioned in the application form. The applicant’s own signature must be there on the attachment. Students should ensure that all the enclosures are arranged, depending on the qualification and merit counts. When registering the application, don’t attach the original copy of T.C. and C.C.

6. It is compulsory to attach the Xerox copy of the application form for each entrant and even attach the Xerox copy of the Aadhar Enrolment card or Aadhar nomination card with the application form.

7. The list of selected candidates for admission in the first-year graduate and post-graduate courses will be announced on the college notice board after the registration and admission test.

8. No information will be sent by post to any selected candidates or through any other medium. Therefore, according to the information provided on the notice board of the college, the selected candidates should be admitted in the specified time period, otherwise the right to get admission will automatically be canceled and the process of entry for admission will be passed to other candidates based on the vacancy.

9. Applicants seeking admission in any of the courses in the college will have to fill in their email address and telephone/ mobile number in the application form. Applicants who do not have an e-mail address must be sure to have an email address before filling out the application form so that the important college information can be shared easily.

10. Any type of cutting or sub-writing on the entry card will not be permissible.

11. The student will have his own responsibility to calculate the marks himself and if there is any error in the qualifying marks mentioned in the admission list, then inform the Admission Officer in writing. If there is any error in the merit marks by the college, then it can be corrected by amending it and if the admission is done due to incorrect marks, then it can be canceled at any time by the Principal and in such a case the fee cannot not refunded.
