1. The goal of the Placement department is to provide world-class training to SIDDHARTHA students and organize advanced certification programs, skill development courses, and training workshops to ensure students are placed at the right organizations with the highest package.
2. The T&P Department is dedicated to motivating and helping the student community in campus placements and industrial training. Students are trained from the first year in motivational skills, communication skills, interpersonal relationships, leadership qualities, group discussions, and interview techniques. Additionally, the T&P also provides the required infra-structural facilities to conduct group discussions, online tests, and interviews.
   
3. Placements are an integral part of our academic activities and follow a systematic process to meet the aspirations of our students.
   

Training

1. Our training objective is to provide a range of appropriate learning opportunities that support and develop students at different stages of their academics.
   
2. To execute this effectively, we collaborate with a range of industries and companies across various sectors. This helps identify training needs and design and facilitate training programs for students accordingly. Right from the first semester, students undergo a mandatory semester-long training integrated with their curriculum by our internal trainers. The training modules are constantly upgraded based on research and interactions with recruiters to understand their expectations from students and create an annual roadmap for training.
