(SIEM, Mathura) per the doctrine of the SKSgi group, we try to bridge the gap between academic institutions and the industry by taking our students to the workplace of various industries such as Mechanical, Electrical Electromechanical, etc. At regular intervals, we organize workshops and seminars at the national level where teachers make it compulsory for the students to associate either for writing the paper or assist in doing the research work, exposing them to the latest technology and application of the theory which they study in their class. This kind of exposure trains the student to face interviews with confidence. This methodology has played an important role in getting a higher rate of placement for our students with a reasonably good package. Parallely we also in-house arranged well-structured lectures regarding aptitude, analytical analysis, reasoning ability, and group discussion for grooming their overall personality to face the demanding market. In recent years Syntel, Tata, Reva Industries, Pajs Electronics, origin to Future, Genpact (take more names from prospectus), etc. visited our campus for the campus placement drive. The selected students will be joining their respective companies/industries after the completion of their final year exams.
