The modern Training and Placement Cell of Sidana Institutes comprises technology-assisted air-conditioned rooms and offices for career counseling with Wi-Fi, a Group Discussion hall, and personal interview rooms. The Cell is proactive and offers essential education to students to prepare for job interviews. It also invites top companies from across the country to place trainees. Its Training and Placement Cell also takes care of the needs of students and regularly organizes industrial visits as well as guest lectures by professionals in the industry. They also arrange industrial tours for the students.
It also conducts a variety of other events, including interdepartmental quiz contests, and also organizes for students to receive instruction in various Multi-National Companies.
