Admission to the 2-year full-time MBA program at SJMSOM, IIT Bombay for the year 2024 will be primarily determined by CAT scores, followed by a Personal Interview (PI). 2. Candidates in their final year of the degree program or awaiting results are also eligible to apply. They should have secured an aggregate of 60% marks (55% for candidates from SC/ST/PWD categories) or equivalent until the latest completed exam, for which scores are available. Admission will be contingent upon the candidate meeting the eligibility criteria.
3. Candidates possessing professional qualifications such as CA, CS, CFA, ICWA, or FRM, along with a first-class Bachelor's degree in any discipline, are eligible provided they have secured 60% marks (55% for candidates from SC/ST/PWD categories) in aggregate across all years/semesters, or a minimum CPI of 6.5 (6 for candidates from SC/ST/PWD categories) out of 10. 1. The selection process for the Master of Business Administration (MBA) program for the 2024-26 batch will be conducted in two phases.
2. In the initial phase, eligible candidates meeting the criteria [A] outlined above will be shortlisted for a Personal Interview (PI) from the pool of applicants for the MBA program. Candidates must possess a valid CAT score, meeting minimum overall percentile score requirements as well as minimum sectional percentile score criteria as detailed in Table 1.

SJMSOM IIT Bombay PhD Selection Process
1. For Ph.D. admission, candidates must have a minimum of two years of work experience and should be qualified in GATE/UGC-NET (Lectureship)/UGC-JRF/CSIR-NET (Lectureship/CSIR-JRF), or have a CAT/GMAT/GRE score within the last five years for B.Tech students.
2. M.Sc/M.A/M.Com/LLM/MCA qualified candidates should have a valid GATE Score/UGC-NET (Lectureship)/UGC-JRF/CSIR-NET (Lectureship/CSIR-JRF) or have taken CAT/GMAT/GRE within the last five years.
