The School of Planning and Architecture Delhi (SPA Delhi) offers various undergraduate and postgraduate programs in architecture and design with specific eligibility criteria and selection procedures.

B. Arch program at SPA Delhi, 

For the B. Arch program at SPA Delhi, candidates must have obtained a minimum aggregate of 50% marks in their 10+2 or equivalent examinations with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as main subjects.  Additionally, candidates who have completed a 10+3 Diploma course with Mathematics as the main subject and secured at least 50% marks are eligible. Admission to the B.Arch program requires appearing for the JEE Main examination, and final selection is conducted through JoSAA Counselling.

Similarly, for the B.Plan program, candidates must fulfill the same eligibility criteria as for the B.Arch program. The admission process for both B.Arch and B.Plan programs is also based on marks obtained in the JEE Main examination, followed by counseling sessions.
Candidates applying for the M.Arch program should have secured a minimum of 55% aggregate marks in their B.Arch examinations, with a 5% concession provided for SC/ST/OBC candidates. The selection process for the M.Arch program at SPA Delhi is merit-based and considers the candidate's marks in their Bachelor of Architecture degree, along with a portfolio of their work, work experience, a written test, and a personal interview.  GATE/CEED candidates are preferred for admission.


M.Plan program,

For the M.Plan program, similar eligibility criteria apply as for the M.Arch program. The selection is also based on merit and considers the candidate's marks in their Bachelor of Architecture  GATE/CEED candidates are preferred.

M.Des program

The M.Des program at SPA Delhi requires candidates to have obtained a minimum of 55% aggregate marks in their B.Des program is also merit-based and considers the candidate's marks in their Bachelor of Architecture degree, along with a portfolio of their work, work experience, a written test, and a personal interview.  GATE/CEED candidates are preferred.

Applicants for these programs should apply for the National Level Entrance Examination by National Testing Agency (NTA) JEE Main and submit required documents, including 10th and 12th mark sheets, passport-sized photos, and signatures.  The application process involves registering on the JEE Main website, providing personal and educational details, uploading required documents, and paying the application fee through various methods such as credit/debit card, net banking, UPI, or Paytm.  The application form should be submitted by the specified deadline. For postgraduate programs, applicants can download the application form from the institute's website, fill it with the necessary details, and submit it to the institute's admission office or in person as per the instructions provided.
