Direct Admissions: Half of the PG seats in each program are filled through Direct Admissions administered by SPA Vijayawada. The institute releases admission notifications on its website periodically. Admission to different UG programs is managed by the Central Seat Allocation Board (CSAB) under the Ministry of Education, Government of India, based on the Joint Entrance Examinations-Main (JEE-Mains) sanctioned by the GoI and conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), New Delhi. All details are usually available on the CSAB/JoSAA website annually, and candidates must follow the prescribed procedure. After the seat allotment, candidates are required to report to the institute.

Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.): 10+2 in the required stream from a recognized board
Bachelor of Planning (B.Plan): 10+2 with Mathematics from a recognized board
Master of Architecture (M.Arch.): Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) from a recognized university with a minimum of 50% marks
