Shaheed Rajguru College of Applied Sciences for Women (SRCASW) located in New Delhi is dedicated to not only offering a quality education but also providing opportunities for training and job placement for students. The college has a long-standing Training and Placement Cell that has been providing students with training and placement for over 10 years. The main purpose of the cell is to connect the gap between industry and academia and ensure that students are adequately prepared for their careers in the future.

The process of placement for students at SRCASW was designed to give students numerous opportunities to get positions and internships at reputable companies. In this regard, the college has established partnerships that span more than highly regarded businesses from different sectors which include Wipro, TresVista, Jaro Education, Google, Vodafone, Chegg India, and numerous others.

To enhance students' abilities to find work To increase their employability, the placement cell runs numerous training sessions in hard and soft abilities, making sure that students have the necessary skills needed in the world of work. These training sessions are typically run by experts from the industry and cover topics such as human resource management and soft skills, communications skills, and prospects for various industries like aviation.

The report on the placement of 2023 is not yet available but information taken from 2022's NIRF report shows that 50 undergraduates were placed successfully during the recruitment campaign. The median offer offered to the undergraduates of INR 4.5 lakhs annually. The college saw the participation of 14 firms, which resulted in a total of 58 offers for the graduating students. The most sought-after recruiters were Wipro Technologies, Wise Finserv, Yhills, UpGrad, and ICICI among others.
