The Training and Placement Department of Sree Chaitanya Institute of Technological Sciences was set up in November 2008 to bridge the gap between academics and industries and enable students to get employment opportunities right on campus while they pursue their studies. The department interacts with and invites reputed organizations across the country to arrange interactive sessions and pre-placement talk sessions for the benefit of students.

The department also puts efforts into sending most of the students to the Internship Program which helps them with “in-plant training to enhance their technical ability and gain exposure to the practical world”. Apart from the internship program we also provide Industrial Visits to reputed companies to gain knowledge about industrial activities and work culture.
