Hundred percent of SNGCE students get placement opportunities from recruiters/ companies across India and outside. The majority of them get placed in reputed companies through campus placements. Those students who are unplaced in campus recruitment are provided special training sessions, and job opportunities are made available through off-campus drives.

Placement training on Aptitude tests and Soft skills including Interview and GD skills is provided regularly as part of their study program at SNGCE. The training program starts from the first year of the study itself and the students pass through a sort of finishing school approach till they are placed in the final year of their course. Accredited and reputed training organizations impaneled by the Placement Cell impart effective training to students as per a well-designed calendar. In addition to the training by outside organizations; there is a regular program of classroom trading conducted by internal faculty concentrating mostly on technical skills. Internships in various companies for live project experience are also arranged by the Placement Cell.

The placement Cell is headed by the Training and Placement Officer, and the placement team consists of faculty coordinators and student coordinators of all departments.
