Student-teachers are either Graduates or Post Graduates with adequate subject knowledge in their Disciplines. But, the human curiosity and inquisitive mind besides the eagerness to know more through hands-on - experience continue to keep the adult learners' desire for observing, doing, knowing, and applying by themselves or themselves. To boost the scientific spirit and to sustain interest in Active Learning Methods, students - teachers are allowed to visit these Resource Centres as part of the curricular schedule.

SAMCOE Boarding

A home away from home is the residential concept of our Hostel located inside the college campus. A separate Hostel facility is available for girls and boys. The residential concept at SAMCE is to maximize homely conditions for the inmates. This has the intention of providing the students with the most conducive atmosphere to pursue their studies in comfort. Kind and experienced Boarding staff offers high-quality parental care to all the inmates. New borders settle quickly and feel at home in a friendly community of girls and boys under well-furnished separate dwellings. Boarders can make full use of the college's extensive facilities and spacious grounds to take part in various activities.

SAMCOE Transport

SAMCE manages its own transport system monitored by a separate and special department under a full-time transport officer and able manpower. The college operates specially built air-conditioned, air-suspension buses equipped with GPS system. The buses also have the latest automated facilities like an automatic door-closing mechanism. Besides this, there are television provisions telecasting educational programs; light fitting, acoustic interior facilitating reading and making travel fatigue-free. True, when health is lost everything is lost - to instill a sense of personal health and precaution in the student-teachers, health camps are conducted on the campus as a regular feature. Hence, SAMCE is dedicated not only to brandishing the intellect of its student-teacher community but also for their physiological and biological well-being, As part of this benevolent interest, every year, there are eye check-ups and dental check-ups for all the pre-service teachers. This is done by arranging Eye Camp and Dental Care Day.
