Sri Balaji Chockalingam Engineering College, (SBCEC) Tiruvannamalai Training & Placement - Soft Skills Training, Internship, Average Package and more

The Placement Unit is an integral part of Sri Balaji Chockalingam Engineering College. It was created to facilitate student's access to on-campus employment opportunities during their education. This department works with reputable organizations across the country to organize on-campus interviews for graduate student placements. In addition, the soft skills of the students are improved through regular training programs. The department advises final-year students and advises on procurement projects with manufacturers. 

To coordinate the internship activities, the college has a separate placement unit headed by Mr. V. Kandasamy. The mediation unit controls its activities in a collegial manner through students and all department heads. Personnel coordinators support all activities of the training and employment unit. They help implement programs for the development of communication skills, personality development, technical skills development, etc. Since the beginning of its existence, Cell's members have been working on training and development activities aimed at equipping students for the company's recruiting needs.
