Sri Krishna Degree College offers a large pool of talent to recruit with a variety of courses and majors at the UG level. The SKDC Training and Employment Department plays an important role in recruitment and the department has extensive infrastructure support. Training sessions are organized throughout the year to prepare students for the recruitment process. Students are also guided in continuing education to meet the needs of the industry. Training and Placement organize programs in personal development, interpersonal and communication skills, career planning and mapping, group discussions, and mock interviews.  It operates through tight organization and is structured to deliver information to students as quickly as possible. The aim of this facility is to create a business-friendly atmosphere on the college campus and to train and prepare students for the demands of the professional world.
