SKU CDE Admission
1. The admission process is divided into two batches, the first being the January / February batch and the second being the July / August batch, depending on the remaining seats in the university admissions process. Eligible candidates can apply online or go to the University Campus for offline mode.
2. Admission to UG courses is by a direct stream or through entrance examinations conducted by the University. The eligibility test includes admission to PG courses based on merit.
3. Minimum eligibility for UG courses is passing in 10+2 examination or ITI/ two-year Vocational courses.
4. For PG courses, the candidate must have passed a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline with a minimum of 50% marks from a recognized university.
4. Admission to UG courses is done either through a direct stream or through an entrance test conducted by the university.
5. Admission to PG courses is done based on merit in the qualifying examination.

Sri Krishnadevaraya University Distance Education (SKU CDE) UG Admission 2026: BA, B.Com, BBM, B.Sc.
SKU DDE offers BA and B.Sc courses at the UG level in different combinations of three subjects, a BBM program, and a B.Com in two specializations.
The minimum eligibility for UG courses:
For Direct Admission:
Candidates who have passed the intermediate or its equivalent (10+2) examination or AP Open Intermediate can get direct admission to the above-mentioned UG courses.
A candidate who has passed a two-year I.T.I. or two-year vocational course after S.S.C.
Candidates who have completed 18 years of age as on July 01, of the year of admission and cleared the eligibility test conducted by DDE, S.K. University are also eligible for direct admission.
For Admission through the Eligibility Test:
Candidates who have completed 18 years of age but do not have any formal education must clear the eligibility test for admission to UG courses.
Selection to UG courses is done on the basis of Direct Admission or Eligibility Test in case of no formal education.
Sri Krishnadevaraya University Distance Education (SKU CDE) B.Ed. Admission 2026-27
SKU DDE offers B.Ed. in four specializations. The minimum eligibility for B.Ed is:
Candidate must be trained in-service teachers working in Government Recognized Schools or working in the Educational Sector as primary, upper-primary teachers with SGT/PRT/TTC/D.Ed.,/D.EI.Ed.,/D.P.Ed.,/Pre-primary/ Montessori/Fine Arts or any other course.
Candidates should possess BA/ B.Sc./ B.Sc. (Home Science)/ B.Com./ BCA/ BBM or Master’s Degree in relevant subject or any other qualification equivalent thereto with minimum 50% marks.
Candidates who possess a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technology with Mathematics and Physics subjects with at least 55% marks or any other qualification equivalent thereto are eligible for admission into the program.
