The college features a well-equipped Training and Placement Cell led by Sri Somdev Banerjee. This cell serves a dual purpose: it evaluates the evolving needs of the industry and identifies the inherent talents of the students. To prepare students for the industry, the cell organizes various programs such as Group Discussions, HR Interaction sessions, Communication Skills Workshops, and Mock Interviews. Additionally, the cell offers an Entrepreneurship Development program. Training sessions are integrated into the regular academic timetable. Furthermore, a consortium has been established comprising 65 degree colleges in Chittoor District with the objective of assisting the rural population of the district.
