Library Facilities at SRMUVC, Chennai

SRMUVC, Facilities Library is the art of the academic center at SRM Institute of Science and Technology (formerly known as SRM University), Vadapalani Campus. It is designed to meet the information needs of the SRM Institute of Science and Technology. The Library has large collections of books, CDs, Journals, and Magazines covering various branches of Engineering and Technology, Science and Humanities, and their related fields. The library is located in ‘C’ block, 1st floor, ‘D’ wing covering an area of 7500 sq. ft. with a seating capacity of 150. It is fully air–conditioned.

Medical/HospitalFacilities at SRMUVC, Chennai

SRMUVC, Facilities has a health center with a first aid facility for the students. Emergency service is always available by SIMS multispecialty hospital on campus.

Sports Facilities at SRMUVC, Chennai

SRMUVC, Sports Facilities has the South-West Inter-University Chess Tournament held at MGR College, Hosur from 29th September to 4th October 2009. The defending champions stamped their authority over the event as they successfully defended the title by scoring 27 points out of a possible 36. Sports;- Volleyball, Badminton, Chess, Basketball, Cricket.
