Admission Criteria

All the seats are allotted through UP-NEET counseling conducted by DGME UP/UP State Government as per the merit secured in UNDER GRADUATE – NATIONAL ELIGIBILITY CUM ENTRANCE TEST (UG-NEET).

Eligibility Nationality

Indian Nationals, Non-Resident Indians (NRI), Overseas Citizens of India (OCIs), Persons of Indian Origin (PIOs) & Foreign Nationals are eligible to appear in the NATIONAL ELIGIBILITY CUM ENTRANCE TEST (UG).

Age limit

The candidate must have completed the age of 17 years at the time of admission or will complete the age on or before 31st December (as per NEET Brochure) i.e. the year of his/her admission to the 1st year M.B.B.S. The upper age limit for NEET is 25 years as of the date of examination with a relaxation of 5 years for candidates belonging to the OBC/SC/ST category.

Educational Qualification

Concerning candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribes or Other Backward Classes, the marks obtained in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/Bio-technology taken together in the qualifying examination are 40% instead of 50% for General candidates. Further, for persons with locomotor disability of lower limbs, a minimum of 45% marks for General-PH and 40% marks for SC-PH/ST-PH/OBC-PH are required.

Bachelor of Technology B.TECH – IST YEAR

•85% of seats of the total intake of all branches are allotted according to the merit list of UPSEE / JEE – Main as per State Government directives through online counseling.

•15% seats of the total intake and vacant/Lapsed seats in all branches are allocated based on the merit of 10+2 marks in PCM without any grace marks in any of the subjects & brief objective assessment.

Eligibility

•Candidate must have passed 10+2 or equivalent (with 60% aggregate marks in P.C.M.) from a recognized board.

•Must have a valid rank in UPSEE/ JEE – Main.

•Admission under management quota will be made based on the merit of 10+2 marks in PCM without any grace marks in any of the subjects.

B.tech – iind year

Candidates who have passed a Diploma of 3 years (with minimum 60% marks) recognized by UP Board of Technical Education in any branch of Engineering/Technology except Agriculture Engg. or B.Sc. (PCM) with 60% marks are eligible for admission to the second year. In this case, the applicant must have appeared in UPSEE.

•60% in Diploma/B.Sc. (PCM).

Master of Technology M.TECH – IST YEAR

•100% seats of all branches are allotted as per State Government/AICTE directives through Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University counseling.

•Vacant seats and leftover seats in all branches are allocated based on merit with personal interviews.

Eligibility

•The candidate must possess B.Tech. degree in the relevant branch and must have qualified GATE/ Entrance Test(FATE) conducted by Dr. A.P.J. Abdual Kalam Technical University, Lucknow.

•The candidate having a valid score card of GATE is exempted from the entrance test conducted by Dr. A.P.J.Abdual Kalam Technical University, Lucknow.

For MBA + PGP/ BBA/ BCA / B.Com(Hons)

Eligibility

•A Bachelor’s degree or 10+2+3 degree in any branch of study or equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.

•Valid score in UPSEE /CAT / CMAT / MAT / XAT / ATMA / GMAT / SNAP.

•Candidates appearing for the final examination for the Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent examination) can be considered for provisional admissions, subject to furnishing successful evidence of passing their graduation by August 31st of the academic session.

Selection process

•Candidates will be short-listed based on the details filled in the application form and their valid scores in recognized aptitude tests. Only the shortlisted candidates will then be called for Personal Interviews. The list of selected candidates will be personally notified.

B.pharm ist year

•85% of seats of the total intake are allotted according to the merit list of UPSEE through online counseling.

•15% seats of the total intake and vacant/Lapsed seats are allocated based on the merit of 10+2 marks in PCM & PCB and aptitude test/interview carried out by the college /rank in UPSEE.

Eligibility

Pass the final examination of 10+2 standard or equivalent (with 55% marks in PCM/ Biology/P.C. Bio-Tech.) from a recognized Board.

B.Pharm Iind Year

Candidates who have passed the Diploma in Pharmacy (with minimum 60% marks) recognized by the U.P. Board of Technical Education are eligible for admission to Second Year B. Pharm.

B.A. LL.B. (5 YEARS COURSE)

Eligibility

Candidate must have passed 10+2 (in any stream) not below 45% of total marks for GENERAL candidates, and not below 40% of total marks for SC/ST candidates. Such a minimum qualifying mark shall not automatically entitle a person to get admission into an institution but only shall entitle the person concerned to fulfill other institutional criteria notified by the institution concerned or by the Government concerned from time to time to apply for admission.
