St. Joseph’s PG Admissions 2023-24

The institute offers a Master’s in Computer Applications, Business Administration, Communication and Journalism, Commerce, and Finance and Control. Admissions to MBA and MCA are based on the Integrated Common Entrance Test (ICET) conducted by the State Government. For MCJ, MFC, and M.Com, candidates will be selected based on the entrance exam conducted by Osmania University (OUCET). Candidates applying for MBA and MCA must have completed graduation in any stream with at least 50% aggregate marks. Such applicants must have studied Mathematics as one of the compulsory subjects in class 12. For admissions to M.Com and MFC courses, candidates must hold a Bachelor’s in Commerce with Accounts & Economics and a minimum 50% aggregate score.

1. 30% of seats for MBA and MCA will be reserved as Management Quota seats.
   
   
2. Candidates with a valid score in any of the national-level Management Entrance tests (CAT/ MAT/ XAT/ CMAT) are eligible to apply for an MBA and therefore are exempted from the State-level entrance exam.

St. Joseph Degree and PG College offers Bachelor’s in Science, Commerce, Business Administration, and Arts in an array of disciplines. For B.Sc courses, candidates must have a Higher Senior Secondary Certificate in Science stream with at least 50% marks. Candidates applying for B.Com, B. A and BBA must have passed class 12 with CEC/ MCE/ MPC/ BiPC as main subjects and must have scored 60% aggregate marks. Admissions to all the courses are merit-based. For a Bachelor’s in Mass Communication and Journalism, candidates must have studied English in class 12 and the marks of the same will be considered for admission.
