SCERT offers a two-year full-time Bachelor of Education program B.Ed. Admission to the course is based on an entrance test. For admission, the university is affiliated with Indraprastha University (IP University).

SCERT B.Ed. Eligibility Criteria
To be admitted to B.Ed. Of course, applicants must meet some basic eligibility criteria.
• Applicants must have obtained at least 45% of bachelor's/master's degrees in the sciences, social sciences, and humanities.
• Or Bachelor in Engineering or Technology with specialization in Science or Math with an aggregate of 50%
• 5% will be granted to SC/ST applicants.
• At least 5 years of experience as a teaching assistant at a public school NDMC/DCB/DoE
SCERT B.Ed. Selection Criteria
The candidates are allotted admission on the basis of their performance in the IPU-CET Indraprastha University Common Entrance Test.
The IPU-CET is an exam consisting of four sections namely
• Mental Ability
• Reasoning
• General Awareness
• Teaching Aptitude
• General Comprehension
SCERT D.El.Ed Admission 2026
The SCERT offers a two-year, full-time diploma in Elementary Education. Higher Secondary Qualified can apply for admission to the institute.

SCERT D.El.Ed Eligibility Criteria
To gain admission to the Diploma in Elementary Education, the candidates need to fulfill the given eligibility criteria
• The candidates must have qualified 10+2 examination from a recognized board
• They should have scored at least 50% aggregate in their 10+2 examination
• The aggregate will be calculated out of the best of five subjects including one language
• Candidates should not exceed the age limit of 24 years as of 30 September (A relaxation of 5 years is given to the candidates belonging to SC/ST/PWD categories).
SCERT D.El.Ed Selection Criteria
The candidates are given admission on the basis of their performance in the D.El.Ed entrance examination.
