Training and Placement Department:

Swaminarayan Siddhanta Institute Of Technology, Nagpur Training & Placement Cell of SSIT with a team of dedicated and committed staff, plays a pivotal role in

counseling, and guiding students. The T&P department works in close coordination with the department’s placement

coordinators, comprising faculty members chosen from individual departments.

The T&P department acts as a link between Industry-Academia partnerships so that the students can be nurtured into

industry-ready technocrats. Besides organizing campus recruitment drives, the Training and Placement Cell

also provides corporate grooming of the students by conducting; Guest Lectures, Personality Development

Program, Communication Skills Program, Group Discussion, Mock Interview Sessions, Industry Internship

Programs Placement of the students.

The training programs have been formulated after having a wide discussion with various industrial and

academic experts. Campus Recruitment Training (CRT) is a program exclusively designed for the

students preparing for the recruitment process. Its aim is to ensure that the students are well-equipped to get

through the recruitment process of various companies. CRT prepares the students for their successful journey

from Campus to Corporate.

The Training and Placement Department gets connected with industries to arrange training of the students and

placement of the students. The goal of the Training & Placement Department is to provide employment

opportunities and industry-ready training to students. The T&P department is in touch with various industries

for the placement of potential candidates. We are arranging campus and off-campus interviews for training and

placements.
