Admission 2024-25 - Symbiosis Law School

Individuals aiming for admission to Symbiosis Law School, Pune (SLS, Pune) are required to adhere to the following guidelines:

1. Prospective applicants must complete the SLAT (Symbiosis Law Admission Test) to be eligible for admission to SLS, Pune.
2. They need to successfully finalize the online registration procedure for the SLAT (Symbiosis Law Admission Test).
3. During registration, candidates must submit the specified SLAT Registration Fees.
4. While completing the SLAT registration form, candidates must ensure that the payment is directed towards the SLS, Pune program (i.e., B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) or/and BB.A. LL.B. (Hons.)). 
5. Please take note: Registration and payment for both SLAT and SLS Pune are compulsory. Failure to register for SLS, Pune concurrently with the SLAT registration, as prescribed in terms of fees, will lead to disqualification from the subsequent phase of the PI process at SLS, Pune.

Eligibility

Educational Qualifications:

Candidates must have passed the XII (10+2) examination from any recognized Board with a minimum of 45% marks (40% for S.C./S.T. candidates). Aspirants awaiting results for their Standard XII final examination are also eligible to apply, provided they provide the passing certificate upon final admission.

Note: Candidates who have pursued Arts/Social Sciences subjects in their qualifying examination are eligible for the B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) program. Similarly, those who have studied Commerce/Accounts/Mathematics/Sciences can apply for the BB.A. LL.B. (Hons.) program. Additionally, candidates have the liberty to choose the program that aligns with their abilities, interests, and opportunities. It's essential to note that the distinction between these two programs lies in the First Degree contents (either Humanities OR Business Administration), while the law courses offered in both programs remain consistent.  Graduates from both streams are qualified for diverse career prospects in Corporate, Litigation, Civil Services, Advocacy, Judiciary, Academics, roles in International Organizations, International Admissions, and related fields.
